We take Health & Safety very seriously, ensuring our staff and clients safety is always put first. We carry out risk assessments and method statements for every job, looking at site specific risks and taking steps to minimise the likelihood of injury. Our Health & Safety Policy is a comprehensive manual, outlining best practice procedure to ensure the safety of staff, clients and members of the public.

We are members of the British Drilling Association and CITB, adhering to the latest safety guidelines and ensuring we are  up to date with industry best practice.

We hire Independent Specialist Health and Safety Consultants, Armadillo Safety Solutions to make sure our Health and Safety Policy and training programmes are comprehensive and fully compliant with the latest industry standards.

All staff follow a detailed introductory training programme, which is updated and reinforced through training sessions throughout the year. All Lead Drillers have an NVQ level 2 in Land Drilling, and are offered a range of training courses where a training need has been identified.
